To request a return, please email us at turbo4x4australia@outlook.com with the following information:
Required Information
- Order Number (e.g. #1234)
- Full Name
- Product Name & Part Number
- Reason for Return (e.g. faulty, wrong item, change of mind)
- Photos or Videos of the issue (if applicable)
Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order
- Items must be in original, unused condition and original packaging
- Faulty items will be covered under our 24-month warranty
- Change of mind returns may be subject to a restocking fee

Once we receive your email, our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without authorisation.
