At Turbo4x4Aus, we stand behind our products. Our 24-Month Smart Warranty is designed to offer you a simple, efficient, and hassle-free replacement process for your turbocharger.

  • Hassle-Free Confirmation: Simply provide a photo or video of the faulty turbo for initial confirmation.
  • Quick Replacement: Your new turbo will be dispatched as soon as the fault is confirmed.
  • No Questions Asked (Initial Stage): We aim for a straightforward process to get you back on the road quickly.

Warranty Coverage

  • Duration: 24 months from the date of purchase or the effective date.
  • Effective Date: January 9th, 2026, 6:00 PM.
  • What's Covered: If your turbocharger develops a fault within the 24-month warranty period, Turbo4x4Aus will provide a replacement unit.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, the return of the original faulty turbo is required. Please follow these steps:
  1. Provide Evidence: Email us clear photos or a short video clearly showing the turbocharger failure.
  2. Fault Confirmation: Our team will review the provided evidence to confirm the fault.
  3. Replacement Dispatch: Once the fault is confirmed, we will dispatch a replacement turbo to you as soon as possible.
  4. Return Original Turbo: The original faulty turbocharger must be returned to us for inspection.
  5. Inspection Report: Following our inspection, we will issue a report for your reference (documentation purposes only).

Important Notes & Exclusions

  • Second Replacement Exclusion: Please note that if a second replacement turbo develops the same issue, it will not be covered under this warranty.
  • Damage Not Covered: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
    • Misuse or abuse.
    • Incorrect installation or failure to follow installation instructions.
    • Modifications made to the turbocharger.
    • Accidents or external damage.
  • Customer Responsibilities:
    • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the faulty turbocharger.
    • Labor Costs: Turbo4x4Aus does not cover any labor costs for the removal or refitting of turbochargers.
