Warranty Policy for Turbochargers Sold by Turbo4x4Aus
Turbo4x4Aus provides a comprehensive 24-month warranty for all turbochargers sold. Our warranty policy offers three options for resolution: repair, exchange, or refund, based on the nature of the issue. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us first to assess the problem and determine the most suitable solution.
Please note that our warranty may become void under certain circumstances, including:
- Destruction, loss, or damage not attributed to our manufacturing or handling processes.
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, inadequate care, or exposure to abnormal conditions.
- Non-compliance with installation or usage instructions provided by the manufacturer. For instance, failure to check, clean, or replace the turbo oil feed line during installation.
- Involvement in an accident that results in damage to the product.
- Incorrect installation, modification, or repair attempts, such as those performed by unqualified personnel or the use of improper sealing materials on turbo components.
To file a warranty claim, please complete and submit the Warranty Form along with proof of purchase (order confirmation). We may also request photos or videos of the item to facilitate the return process. Once your claim is received, Turbo4x4Aus will evaluate it and ask you to return the product. The product must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the return authorisation email, with shipping costs borne by the customer.
Upon receipt of the returned item, our service department will conduct an inspection, which typically takes no longer than 7 business days. You will be notified of the inspection outcome via email.
If your warranty claim is rejected, you may request the return of the item at your expense, with shipping costs not exceeding the original shipping cost.
Please note that Turbo4x4Aus is not responsible for any labor costs associated with fitting or refitting products under warranty.
